GITI will provide requirements definition and will primarily focus on three activities:
- Defining, managing and creating requirements artifacts in compliance with DHS and OBIM guidelines
- Establishing and maintaining requirements baselines and bi-directional Traceability in a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Providing assistance to the development, test and integration contractor teams to ensure that the functional requirements are correctly and completely addressed.
All ancillary activities will be in support of these primary activities. The support activities will include task order management (resources, cost and schedule management), progress reporting and other management reporting. The ancillary activities will be designed to make the process of creating the requirements artifacts and the RTM more efficient, effective and realistic.
The period of performance for this effort includes a 12 month base period with four (4) 12-month option periods.
